Victoria Raies

Born and raised in Argentina, where I spent the first part of my career, I started soon to travel and study abroad, first in the States and then in Europe. When, I first moved to Italy I decided it was the perfect place to establish an international law firm with a global view. Very soon it became clear that I wanted a more direct role in the lives of people who have been affected by adverse events, especially in those cases where they need to access to a different law system. I truly believe that foreigners have the same rights as a local one, and this became my priority, to defend these rights and make it happen.
Alessandro Monaco

Lawyer and criminologist, in 2007 he got his degree at university of di Rome “Tor Vergata” and member of Rome’s Bar Association since 2011. He dedicated himself brilliantly to civil and insurance law, specializing in every aspect of the matter.
In 2012 he got the title of criminologist at University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
Since 2014, he’s dedicated to the rights of foreigners. He speaks Italian and English.
Alessia Calderini

Lawyer and member of the Rome Bar Association. Studied law at University “Tor Vergata” in Rome (Italy) and the University “Johannes Gutenberg” in Mainz (Germany), graduated with final dissertation in comparative private law. Specialized at the University of Saarbrücken (Germany) in European and International private and public Law, where she got an L.L.M. (Master Degree in Law) and an M.B.A. (Master in Business Administration) She gained experiences in commercial and civil law for long periods in Italy, in Germany and in the USA. Main areas of practice are commercial, civil and insurance law. Speaks Italian (native), English and German (professional working proficiency), Spanish (basic working proficiency).
Valerio Monaco

Lawyer, graduated top of his class in 2014 at university of Rome “Tor Vergata” and member of Rome’s Bar Association since 2017. He spent relevant time at Cardenal Herrera University of Valencia (Spain), SDSU (San Diego, USA) e Universidad Austral of Buenos Aires (Argentina) gaining experience in the field of corporate, international and insurance Law.
He speaks Italian, English, Spanish, Portoguese.
Oscar Vaello Monllau

Graduated in 2004 at the University of Barcelona in 2004, and since then member of the Barcelona’s Bar Association. In 2007 he got an L.L.M. (Master in Law) in Practice of Advocacy at the Barcelona Bar Association. He specialized in Civil Law and Labor law. He started to dedicate to foreigners and Tourists when no one else did in Barcelona. He speaks Spanish, English and French.
Pablo Sanchez

He Got his Law degree in 2011 at the University of Palermo in Argentina, member of the Bar Association at Buenos Aires, specialized in Civil Law and Insurance Law. He Worked for 8 years as a Lawyer at “La Nueva Insurance Company “and this is where He understood Insurance Law from the inside and decided to open, He’s own Law Firm, but this time to defend workers and people who needed to ask for a compensation. He’s head office in Latin America.
The firm is able to best assist you thanks to a network of lawyers specialized in international law. Since 2012 we have been working with some of the most important companies for the protection of travelers and their rights. The care of the relationship with customers and a strong dedication have allowed us to accrue successes and positive experiences in various areas of international law.
